Note The Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan (FCAA) warns investors in Saskatchewan of an impersonation scam involving the online entity www thackeraymines com, which is purporting to be associated with the Saskatchewan corporation, Thackeray Mines & Minerals Inc. The website www thackeraymines com claims that Thackeray Mines is seeking investors and engaged in several rounds of private placement investment in advance of a public listing. The legitimate Thackeray Mines has confirmed that they are not associated with www thackeraymines com, are not seeking investment, are not engaged in any private placement or public offerings and are not in the business of selling stocks. Thackeray Mines and www thackeraymines com are not registered with the FCAA to trade or sell securities or derivatives in Saskatchewan. The FCAA cautions investors and consumers not to send money to companies that are not registered in Saskatchewan, as they may not be legitimate businesses.
